1. About Harvest Studio

Harvest Studio provides branding, graphic design, and website design services for businesses and entrepreneurs.

2. Project Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any project begins.

No work, planning, or design will start until the deposit has been received.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final files, website, or any deliverables are released.

3. Payments

All payments must be made using the payment methods provided by Harvest Studio.

Invoices are due on the dates indicated.

Late payments may delay the project timeline and final delivery.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on timely communication and the delivery of all required content by the client.

Delays in providing information, images, text, approvals, or feedback may extend the estimated completion date.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content and information.

• Review designs and provide feedback promptly.

• Ensure all submitted content belongs to them or that they have permission to use it.

• Approve final work before delivery.

6. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions specified in the selected service.

Additional revisions or requests outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.

7. Final Delivery

Final files, website access, and any other project deliverables will only be provided after the project has been paid in full.

8. Cancellations

The initial deposit is non-refundable.

If the client decides to cancel the project after work has started, payments already made will not be refunded.

Any completed work remains the property of Harvest Studio until full payment has been received.

9. Intellectual Property

Once the final payment has been received, ownership of the approved final design is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Harvest Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

10. Website Content

Clients are responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos, and other content.

Harvest Studio is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from materials supplied by the client.

11. Third-Party Services

Projects may include or integrate third-party platforms such as Wix, Canva, Google, social media platforms, domain registrars, or hosting providers.

Harvest Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party services.

12. Results

Harvest Studio creates professional branding and websites designed to help businesses build trust and improve their online presence.

However, we do not guarantee specific business results, including increased sales, leads, website traffic, or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

Harvest Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

14. Changes to These Terms

Harvest Studio may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
